Order Cancellation
Order cancellation can be done in the following cases:
1. Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can go back and remove the quantities of products from your cart by selecting the “remove” icon.
2. If the electronic order is completed but the product has not yet been sent, you can call 210-9013481 and one of our partners will handle the cancellation of your order. This option is available to you until we notify you of your order’s shipment.
Replacement
If our customer notices that the item they selected and was sent is not similar to the description in our online store, they can inform us within 14 calendar days from shipment so we can proceed with its immediate replacement, without further charge.
