mardi.gr serves customers from all over Greece. All orders are shipped through ELTA Express & ACS Postal Services companies to achieve the best combination of reliability, speed, and safety.
Delivery Time
For most areas of Greece, product delivery via ELTA Express or ACS Postal Services takes 1 or 2 business days, while for other remote areas delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery may take longer in a few particularly inaccessible areas (maximum delivery time of 5 days) as characterized by courier companies, or may require the customer to visit the nearest company branch. In any other case, please contact us so we can inform you of the required shipping time.
Products are delivered to the address you specify in your order and deliveries take place between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Order Cost
For orders with product value above 40.00 EUR, shipping is free.
For orders with product value below 40.00 EUR, the following is the indicative cost of shipping and handling for each order.
A) Within the City
For next business day delivery, the charge is 3.00 EUR. Each same-day delivery shipment is charged according to the current official price list of ELTA Express A.E.
B) Rest of Greece
For city-to-city shipping with delivery within two business days, the charge is 3.00 EUR.
Cash on Delivery Service
For each shipment with cash on delivery instruction, an additional charge of 2.50 EUR is applied.
This payment method is available for purchases not exceeding 500.00 EUR.
In case of non-delivery of the shipment due to the fault of the recipient, it is returned to the original sender. An extension of the delivery time may be granted only following an instruction from the sender.
Shipment Security
The packaging and materials used are designed to provide maximum possible protection and safety, even in cases of sensitive products. However, we recommend that you personally inspect the product being delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
Order Tracking
If your order has been delayed or for any other reason you can track its progress at www.elta-courier.gr or www.acscourier.net by entering your shipment number.
If the product shipment has been delayed, mardi.gr, after contacting the customer and if they wish, will cancel the order.
Pickup from Physical Store
You can pick up your order, subject to availability confirmation, from the store and workshop (31 Ainou Street, Athens, 116 31) during business days and hours.
Monday – Wednesday: 09:00 – 16:00
Tuesday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
Thursday: 09:00 – 20:00
